Actually, we do have some people that say voices in their heads tell them to kill people. We don't call them Christians, we call them screwballs.

Very few OT commands have any direct application to Christians. Christians are not supposed to follow the sacrificial laws, for example. That is because God dealt with OT Jews differently than He does with NT Christians, although there are also many similarities.
