Hunter Biden is indicted on 9 felony counts

The missing images and tabulators are major evidence of fraud. How did they go missing? Who is responsible for their removal? Why have Democrats not charged anyone with criminal negligence or fraud?
Because democrats are all scum sucking pieces of shit.

You said the Jan 6 committee records were destroyed illegally

You haven't even proven they were destroyed
You are a legal ***** lol

Hunter has been charged so crooked Democrats can now claim they can answer no questions pertaining to an ongoing investigation and Hunter can claim the 5th because of the indictments.
Ya gotta love the outrageous claims coming from you. If he goes to jail will that be a Democrat plot also?
You're a nutter.

Republican committee chairman Barry Loudermilk has stated that all deposition tapes from the January 6 Committee have disappeared, despite House rules requiring their preservation.

Loudermilk believes the tapes are important for understanding witness testimonies and has criticized the committee for not preserving them.

“All of the videotapes of all depositions are gone,” Rep. Barry Loudermilk said. (Trending: Olympic Gold Medalist Sentenced For Jan 6)

“We found out about this early in the investigation when I received a call from someone who was looking for some information off one of the videotapes, and we started searching, and we had none,” Loudermilk said.

“I wrote a letter to [Jan. 6 committee Chair] Bennie Thompson asking for them. And he confirmed that they did not preserve those [tapes]. He didn’t feel that they had to.”

“According to House rules, you have to preserve any data and information and documents that are used in an official proceeding, which they did.”

“[The House Democrats] actually aired portions of these tapes on their televised hearings, which means they had to keep those. Yet he chose not to.”

“When you got someone like Cassidy, who has significantly changed her testimony, I want to see what her body language is when she gave her original testimony. I want to see what her voice inflection is. Was she very confident in what she was saying at that time but then later decided to change it?”

“This is why it’s so important that we have those videotapes,” the congressman said, “and I believe that’s probably why we don’t have them … I believe they exist somewhere. We’ve just got to find where all these videos are.”

A lawsuit filed by a former attorney for January 6 witness Cassidy Hutchinson appears to undermine claims she made during her testimony before the committee, indicating reluctance to cooperate and a potential plan to independently leak information to the media.

The suit cites texts showing “that she initially did not want to comply with the January 6 committee’s investigation and appeared to prepare to leak information about the committee’s proceedings to the media independently of her lawyer.”

The messages were utilized as evidence against former prosecutor Andrew Weissmann, accusing him of having “publicly impugned [Passantino’s reputation], claiming that Mr. Passantino coached his client, Cassidy Hutchinson, to lie in congressional testimony.”

“This is an insidious lie,” the lawsuit states.

“Like how on earth are they doing this to you,” an unidentified individual questioned Hutchinson.

“I don’t know. But I don’t want to comply. Stefan wants me to comply,” Hutchinson answered.

“So I want to. Stefan wants to wait till after my depo. I have to go in person next Tuesday. He doesn’t think the committee will leak it (“they promised they won’t”) but I don’t trust them,” Hutchinson said. “And I want it to be my/our narrative that’s out there first,” she added.

You can take comfort in the fact that while bent DAs and justice officials stonewalled the tax fraud investigation for nearly a decade, the statute of limitations ran out on some of the more serious criminal infractions.

Now, I want the standard reply of a paid republican to protect the democrats party. Include a conspiracy theory and throw in some god while there. See how you go old man.

The radical leftist Goldman claims but does not prove that Republicans are wrong for saying the Democrats finally charged Hunter after knowing for more than 7 years that he was evading taxes in order to place him under an assumed law forbidding anyone from discussing his case because of ongoing investigations. Hunter is able to dodge House interrogations and key witnesses are silenced as Democrats navigate toward his eventual avoidance of serious penalties for his serious crimes.

He wanted to have an open hearing to be interrogated but the GOP refused.
What have they got to hide or maybe it will reveal the pathetic excuse they've got as revenge for Trump.
You simply don't get it.

Of course. Hunter wanted special treatment and likely went crying to his dad when Republican House members stuck to proper historical procedures and demanded he testify behind closed doors first just like everyone else. Public hearings in the House often do nothing but put on shows, due to the time limitations on House members to ask questions. There are no time limits on interrogators behind closed doors.

a republican said something negative about democrats and provided no proof? duh
how does that prove anything? duh.

The Select Committee was not obligated to archive all video recordings of transcribed interviews or depositions. Based on guidance from House authorities, the Select Committee determined that the written transcripts provided by nonpartisan, professional official reporters, which the witnesses and Select Committee staff had the opportunity to review for errata, were the official, permanent records of transcribed interviews and depositions,” he added.

so, your claim that "ALL records were ILLEGALLY deleted" is yet another lie. duh.

god you are so stupid. lol

Failed backup plan? Why have so many Jan. 6 records gone missing?

What was in the all these missing records that was worse than weathering criticism over their disappearance?

Everyone knows they should back up absolutely vital files onto external media before they swap out a laptop, phone or another device.

So forgive us for being a tad — maybe more than that — skeptical about the Secret Service saying it “lost” texts from Jan. 6 and Jan. 7, 2021, that had already been requested by the Select Committee to Investigate the Jan. 6th Attack on the United States Capitol.

We’re also skeptical about why the Department of Homeland Security also “lost” the text messages of Acting Homeland Security Secretary Chad Wolf and Acting Deputy Secretary Ken Cuccinelli for a key period leading up to the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol, as the Washington Post reported. The DHS said the texts were lost as government phones were reset when the two left their jobs in January 2021.

The latest developments remind us of the doubts we had about that gap of seven hours and 37 minutes in White House phone logs that would show which calls were placed to or from former President Donald Trump as the insurrection at the Capitol was unfolding. In the Watergate scandal, the missing information from White House tapes was only 18½ minutes.

Editorials

Do we hear people muttering “cover-up”? Or “obstruction of justice?”

Especially because the office of DHS Inspector General Joseph Cuffari, which reportedly knew about the deleted Secret Service texts for months, failed to notify Congress at a time when there might have been a better chance to recover the lost records.

Moreover, the Washington Post reported, the IG pulled the plug on its investigators’ effort to collect Secret Service phones to try to recover the missing texts. Cuffari, a Trump appointee, is under investigation, too, by the Council of the Inspectors General on Integrity and Efficiency, though the reason has not been made public.

The Secret Service says its messages were lost as part of a phone system replacement planned months earlier. Would an excuse like that have worked as an alibi for not turning in your homework back in the sixth grade? Not likely. It’s a step below saying your dog ate your homework.

Opinion

Anyone in Washington surely knows federal records should not be deleted, even without a congressional committee asking for them to be preserved. Even at a small company, the tech people would back everything up before attempting a systemwide data migration.

Yet these records went missing in the hands of the people who were in charge of the nation’s security.

We have to ask: What was in the all these missing records that was worse than weathering criticism over their disappearance?

With 78 years to go, it’s too soon to declare this the worst government scandal of the 21st century. Let’s hope nothing else more outrageous comes along.
