I'm afraid you are still not getting it. If Mueller really was looking to solve the mystery of the exfiltrated emails he would have investigated the Seth Rich connection hinted at by Assange. Instead, the paid hack never did investigate the Rich connection while never finding out how the DNC emails were exfiltrated from the DNC office in the US. Either Mueller was incompetent or bent. There can be no other logical explanation for his avoidance of primary clues in the case.
