Bleach killed no one, but Trump was defiantly against mask wearing and infected the entire White House. Suggesting that bleach could cure Covid was simply a signal that Trump was an ignorant dolt about the epidemic. He tried to prevent accurate statistics from being reported and falsely claimed that Covid would just "go away".
The disease was still spreading when Trump left office. Trump did not act rapidly to provide the Covid vaccine, but Biden did. Trump refused to stop lying about ivermectin, which was ineffective, and fought constantly with Fauci, who was the expert.

Biden mandated masks, claiming masks prevented covid infections. We now know that was a lie, especially since Biden has contracted covid more than once in spite of his masking and multiple vaccinations.
