Just as democrats did not have enough votes to impeach Trump in the Senate, republicans do not appear to have enough votes to impeach Biden in the House. Impeachment has become little more than a political bullwhip and not a serious matter of violations of the law.

Comey was likely right in suggesting that no democrat prosecutor would assume Hillary intended to break several federal laws and that no devout democrat prosecutor whould ever dare bring charges against her.
