The justice system should be absolutely positive the person on Death Row is, in fact, guilty. After seeing other people leaving prison who have been in there for years, found innocent . . . this concerns me. Of course, those who are "positively" guilty of their crimes (i.e. DNA), should be punished. But then again, how do we know for sure without DNA in circumstantial cases? It's quite a dilemma isn't it.
