What about the freedom of woman to have control over their bodies? For states to dictate to women is authoritarianism. Democracy has been taken from the womb and into the Bible.
Men and women can destroy their own bodies if they choose but they are committing murder if they destroy the body of another human who has not given his consent for them to destroy his body.
Where in the constitution does it say the POTUS has immunity? If Trump wins the election, Biden has the same immunity. Imagine who he has in mind for Trump.

A sitting
president of the United States has both civil and criminal
immunity for their official acts.<a href="

Constitution or any federal statute.<a href="

The
Supreme Court of the United States found in
Nixon v. Fitzgerald (1982) that the president has absolute immunity from civil damages actions regarding conduct within the "outer perimeter" of their duties. However, in
Clinton v. Jones (1997), the court ruled against temporary immunity for sitting presidents from suits arising from pre-presidency conduct. Some scholars have suggested an immunity from arrest and criminal prosecution as well, a view which has become the practice of the
Department of Justice under a pair of memoranda (1973 and 2000) from the
Office of Legal Counsel. Presidents
Richard Nixon,
Bill Clinton, and
Donald Trump were criminally investigated while in office, but none were prosecuted while still in office.<a href="

Trump v. United States (2024) that all presidents have absolute criminal immunity for official acts under core constitutional powers,
presumptive immunity for other official acts, and no immunity for unofficial acts.<a href="
