The question is ... do you want congressmen who are opposed to 100% of your programs, or do you want congressmen who are opposed to 10% of your programs? You can vote for a candidate who is 100% in favor of your programs, but he doesn't stand a chance of getting elected ... so, where is the smart place to put your vote? If you don't vote for the guy who is 10% opposed, you will end up with the guy who is 100% opposed ... THAT is how you are going to get a liberal regime, again.

You can make noise with your vote ... or, you can make a difference.

So, ask yourself ... are you going to vote for a welfare-loving Democrat, or for a Republican who feels much the same as you do? You KNOW that the Libertarian candidate can't get elected, so you'd just be throwing your vote away ... worse, because that's one more vote that the Republican needs to oust the Democrat ... You only have one vote. Use it smartly.

There are not enough Libertarians to overthrow the whole government ... it has to be done in pieces, and from the inside.

The left benefits the poor and the middleclass which is shrinking rapidly is just screwed.

This was a big election. Considering that the district had been gerrymandered to lean left, Obama won it in '08 and '12 and Sink had won it when she ran for Gov.

Another reason this is a big deal is because even the establishment R's didn't want him and trashed him in Politico.

Go Teaparty.....Obamacare flipped the House in '10 and it's going to flip the Senate in '14.

Please tell me just how many 'job-producing' bills the Dems have submitted. Would that be more, or less, than the 14 bills passed by the Republican House and killed by the Democratic Senate? Since we know that the Dems have controlled the Senate for 6 years of Obama, and the House for 2 years, how is it possible that they failed to pass their own bills? And, if they did, how come they aren't working?

Please explain how allowing the minimum wage hike is good, given that even the CBO says it will cost a half million jobs.

Please explain how you expect the people to pay for energy when you propose to cancel oil subsidies, especially when you consider that "A fossil fuel subsidy is any government action that lowers the cost of fossil fuel energy production, raises the price received by energy producers or lowers the price paid by energy consumers. If the teas benefit the rich so much why are there no more of them elected ? If the left benefit the lower and middle class then why are they the only ones who see no recovery ? Hate to break it to you but you have.it all wrong and basically backwards.

There arent many elected because of the exact reason you gave, their agenda is to benefit the rich at the expense of everyone else, They are only successful in heavily red areas.
There is no recovery because most good paying jobs were sent to china, phillipines, india and other places. Why do you think there are so many unemployed and underemployed in this country.

The teaparty only talks about jobs in abstract, what they DO is vote against anything for the middleclass and poor and pass bills to do the same.
The teaparty house voted to end unemployment, they killed a raise in the minimum wage, the lowered food stamps and the voted against ending billion dollar subsidies for Big Oil that rapes us at the pump at will, big corporate farmers and big pharmaceutical companies.
