In other words suggest to the viewer or listener that something is true...but not get yourself pinned down for saying it was..so later when called on your Bull..you can say well I just said this...

Bush was asleep at the wheel during his whole second term. The economic house of cards began to fall in the last 18 months of Bush's second term.

Obama made things much worse by putting this country in record debt and enacting a bunch of ridiculous "stimulus" plans that did not work, and ultimately made the economy worse.

As "progressive" as some of you believe Bush was, Obama is well beyond "progressive". He is a hybrid combination of a marxist/socialist/communist.

Almost 27 months into Obama's Presidency, and the leftists are still playing the "blame Bush" game. But after all this time, it's become a sad joke, and it is simply being used as a cover to hide Obama's incompetence and his destructive agenda.

Obama could have spent nothing..the debt would have kept going up...If the econ tanks, and more people are in need and less and less income comes in, debt will go up. Now when the people are not spending, the banks are not lending, and companies are not spending....and the only thing that will get the econ going is more spending...who does that leave to stimulate the econ?

Fact is the econ tanked just as Bush left office, but we still had to pay for 2 wars he never funded, his Huge tax cuts he never offset with spending cuts, and other such programs. All of this leads to a fast growing debt Under anyone who took over even if they did not raise spending a dime.

And you say Liberals still blame everything on Bush 2 years in...well Republicans still have never accepted that yes in fact many of the problems we are trying to fix, started under Bush not Obama...Banks did not fall under Obama, Car companies did not go under under Obama ( the help for auto came under Obama, but the problem was there when he took over) unemployment did not start under Obama...in fact we where losing jobs when he took over, and while to slow...gaining jobs again not long after he took over.

the New Republcan plan to cut huge huge amounts...is said to also cost large amounts of jobs...and could kill the econ again. I don't think anyone would say no cuts need to be made...but they want to use the debt as a excuse to do things they want...not cut costs as a way to get the debt down and help the econ.
