Obamaconomy!!!

Dec 7, 2009

Bernanke said he expects "modest" economic growth next year. That should help push down the nation's unemployment rate -- now at 10 percent -- "but at a pace slower than we would like," he acknowledged.

Under one Fed forecast released last month, the jobless rate would remain high next year -- ranging from 9.3 to 9.7 percent. The Fed has warned that it could take five or six years for the job market to return to normal.

Now Bernake tends to estimate on the positive side on all economic predictions.

But this one is a joke.

Unemployment is going higher comrades, now that we live under a Socialist's agenda,
it's called CHANGE!!

Pretty-amazing whatta futuristic-outlook can accomplish....

.....as-opposed-to Reaganbushenomics.

It's a domino game. As more people lose jobs because small business and
private industry suffers, then more people have less money to spend on fast food, and non-essential stuff.

It's simple economics.

Now what happens if the stock market drops back to 6K?
Or what happens if we have real lousy Christmas sales thanks to Obama!
Or what happens if Obama raises taxes on the middle class?

Not to worry. Things will (eventually) improve, for you Jr. High kiddies....regarding such weighty-issues as fast food, and non-essential stuff....but, we've got an adult-population in-line, ahead of you, presently.

WOW...you've finally come around to the simplistic reasoning and truth; yet just the other day you had another 'HATE OBAMA TOPIC' of>

You get the picture now!
Mirror Said: Uh you do know that construction always plummets in the winter for obvious reasons? And considering how many people are out of work it's no wonder they aren't buying durable goods. Sorry your posts sounds like partisan cherry picking to me. ;)

We started on a slide before Obama ever came into office so it's a little disingenuous to blame it on on Obama don't you think?

Dec 9 News:

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner announced Wednesday that the administration will extend the government's financial bailout program until next fall.

Hmm, if things were getting better as Geithner has suggested many times, then why is he extending the bailout? And who is gonna pay for all this?

This announcement came from Geithner, a man that could pay his taxes, but choose not to. So he's not paying, but you will!

It's called CHANGE!

Hmmmm, maybe you were 'ASSuming' that this BAILOUT was going to happen over night...but most of AMERICA wasn't following that lead. Back when this was all just a 'CONCEPT - Sept 2008' for a FIX the disaster...all the FINANCIAL GURU's were just doing 'THERORIES & HYPOTHETICALS'...:D

Did you have some deep insight and a PLAN that would have been helpful to solve this Economic FIASCO...

More Bad Econimic Predictions!

This is what I'm talkin about:

SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - Low interest rates will prevail through most of next year as the U.S. economy expands modestly and the unemployment rate remains stuck in double digits, the UCLA Anderson Forecast group said on Wednesday.

Obama promised the US people that the Tarp bailouts, Stimulus etc would create jobs immediately, construction jobs, shovel ready jobs. Now wasn't that a big lie!

Mr. Obama you are a LIAR!

ASUR SAID: Obama promised the US people that the Tarp bailouts, Stimulus etc would create jobs immediately, construction jobs, shovel ready jobs. Now wasn't that a big lie!

Yep, I remember those speeches too...but I don't remember him promising you {yes YOU} that this was going to happen immediately;)

Do you have any link {ANY LINK AT ALL} where he promised you that directly...cause I know he has a lot on his plate for TOP PRIORITIES and he can only do so much with the thousands of staff/advisers/administration people that he puts in charge but if he gave you that specific promise...Well, maybe we need to check into that

For the rest of the world "shovel ready" means that the shovels would start digging immediately.

But that is not what P Obama mean.

Do you all remember the graph he showed of unemployment with and without the stimulus and how unemployment was never going to go above 8%? Well that graph shows unemployment going down starting in the first quarter of 2009. Now it is the fourth quarter and it has not gone down.

Clearly he intended us to think that jobs were going to be created by the end of the first quarter which would match with words like "shovel ready"

I could probably find other quotes of him indicating that the jobs would be immediate but it takes time.

Does anyone know of a site hat lists many many obama quotes without just listing his best ones? Then it would be easy to find this stuff.

Really, well for those 'hypothetical' right winged nut jobs who hang each and every salvation upon a "intended/we think/that's what he meant"...while the rest of us Independent thinking adults have the wait and see mind-set {took us 8 years of obscure/thoughtless/deregulation and a overly blown budget for 2 wars to arrive at this disaster} then we ABSOLUTELY UNDERSTAND THAT IT AIN'T GONNA HAPPEN OVER NIGHT.

BING/GOOGLE President Obama's Speeches...something that ASUR could have/should have done:rolleyes:

But if the blow hard that keeps posting these mindless dribble, keeps getting away with just spewing ignorant posts upon this forum without any supporting documents for the statement...then as I was told by Herr GenSeneca..."you've learned nothing when all you do is just make statements".

BTW...so nice and supporting of you to keep coming in to make ASUR look intelligent...but shouldn't he be able to speak on his own behalf and provide the things that prove that he's running on all cylinders:confused:
