Goin' Down

Gip, check out this new poll out of Ohio

by a 50-42 margin voters there say they'd rather have George W. Bush in the White House right now than Barack Obama.

Independents hold that view by a 44-37 margin and there are more Democrats who would take Bush back (11%) than there are Republicans who think Obama's preferable (3%.)

Ohio is not ALL of America, but it is a big state that is also a battleground state.

If they polled all 50 states, how many would have similar results? Many would and this shows how the American people are waking up to the disastrous policies imposed by BO and the Dems.

I too do not want Bush back.

While we are dreaming, I want Reagan back.

I think the poll was saying more about a dislike for obama than a desire to have President Bush back again.

If President Bush's poll numbers were so low and most people were glad he left and they STILL would rather him over obama, I think that says more about a dislike for obama than a love for President Bush.

Obama's 2012 re-election prospects uncertain: poll

WASHINGTON | Mon Nov 22, 2010 2:52pm EST

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Barack Obama faces uncertain prospects for re-election in 2012 as many voters question whether he deserves a second term, a new poll said on Monday.

The Quinnipiac University poll said American voters by 49 percent to 43 percent do not think Obama has earned a second four-year term, and they put him in a statistical dead heat with potential Republican challengers Mitt Romney and Mike Huckabee.

Obama has struggled to bring down the stubbornly high U.S. jobless rate of 9.6 percent and his Democrats sustained huge losses in November 2 congressional elections.

At this point, Obama leads possible Republican challenger Sarah Palin by 48 percent to 40 percent, the poll found.

Hahahahahaha...SUCKERS!!!!

Who will challenge BO for the Dem nomination? Hillary?

Well that is fitting...a Marxist for a Socialist. And the SUCKERS will buy it.

I would like to see Gipper explain the difference between a Marxist and a Socialst....without having to go online and find out first :)

I just now saw your wonderful post pocketpool. How nice of you to comment.

Now I shall explain the difference between a Marxist and a Socialist as they exist today so that even you can understand.

The difference is equal to the distance between my thumb and forefinger at this very....moment. And, since I do not have a picture for you...both fingers are just about touching.

Comprehenda???

Obama's approval ratings set new low. Only 41% think he deserves another term.

And yet, the lib media likes to claim no R could possibly beat the Great Obama. I hope they continue with their misreading of the voters. It gives libs false hope...I love that.

Poll: Obama's approval hits new low
President Barack Obama’s approval rating and prospects for reelection have plunged to all-time lows in a Quinnipiac University poll released Wednesday.

Half of the registered voters surveyed for the poll think that the president does not deserve a second term in office, while 41 percent say he does. In another Quinnipiac poll released just four weeks ago, 45 percent said the president did not deserve reelection, while 47 percent said he did.

The decline in support for a second Obama term comes as his approval rating has dropped 4 percentage points since early March, landing at 42 percent – a record low – in the poll released Wednesday. His disapproval rating has risen from 46 percent to 48 percent.

Funny how when Bush was in office...republicans never cared about polling in the low 30's.....
