The people of Gaza are not responsible for the actions of Hamas. But again, the entire population has been incarcerated in Gaza for over 60 years. Their homes have been blown up and destroyed by Israel on a regular basis. There is no reason why any Gazans should respect Israelis ever,

Hamas stole the money designated for the people of Gaza, but since the people of Gaza did not turn in the thieves they are complicit in their crimes against humanity

How stupid! That is like saying that unless you make a citizen's arrest of a corrupt cop, you are responsible for any and all crimes he commits. The people of Gaza have no way to reform their government.
