The fact is that KJB was simply refusing to be trapped into a stupid dialogue about whether transsexuals have the right to refer to themselves as members of the sex they transitioned to.

KJB's attempt to undermine and avoid the legitimate question at her confirmation hearing showed her to be radically partisan and incompetent. Biden was doing his part to stack the SCOTUS with incompetent leftists with radical views and unreasonable biases and judgments.
