Nothing about the document would have changed if Trump had declassified it two days before he left office but for that one technicality of failing to speak the magic words over the document before he left office the Democrats claim he is worthy of imprisonment?

A 2012 court case denying access to White House audiotapes kept in former President Bill Clinton’s sock drawer after he left office could help the Trump legal team in its battle to retrieve records that the FBI seized from Mar-a-Lago this month.

The 10-year-old court ruling, issued by U.S. District Court Judge Amy Berman Jackson, rejected arguments by a conservative watchdog group that sought access to dozens of tapes recorded by Mr. Clinton and historian Taylor Branch during his administration.

The POTUS makes application to have them declassified and others approve it or not.
Biden did not have approval either but he wasn't forced to return them. Trump fought vigorously to hide them a second time and finally subpoenaed to comply.

You can't deny that and no amount of defending Trump will change the fact you supported a traitorous fascist into the presidency. And like a typical fascist lackey you support the dear leader until the death.
