No party owes more in student loans, all those who have student loan debt are individuals, not political parties. Many of the for profit colleges promised that their graduates would immediately get well paying jobs, and later discovered that the courses they took did not qualify them for any job.

The fact is that in Western Europe and in Japan and Taiwan, students can earn university degrees without going into debt.
