Remember how trespass works. Simply being on property is not criminal trespass. If I saw a stranger in my back yard I cannot demand he be arrested just for being there. I have to demand that he leave or have the cops demand that when they arrive. Allowing people in and making no effort to force them to leave does not even make a simple trespass charge.
