Veteran's Day is in November and celebrates all veterans.
Memorial Day is in May and celebrates those in the military who have died defending our country.

And of course, everyone knows, anyone who wants to know when these days are and why we celebrate them, that all they need to do is call their representative or senator, because explaining such difficult facts is the main reason why we have a Congress.

Who could possibly write a law or vote on a law unless they knew all about Veterans' Day and Memorial Day?
