Should Cinco de Mayo be celebrated in America?

I think any American who displays the flag of racism should face a fine of $500 plus five days in jail. Makes at least as much sense as anything you have ever said.

What should happen to Mexicans in America who stomp on a burning American flag while waving the Mexican one? is that to be considered less racist and freedom of speech?
