Like I said Change the laws against parents abuse. By throwing them out is a form abusing your powers as a parent. Like in most states you cant hit kids with Belts,Sticks,Switches,Yardsticks,Rulers or even paddles. Do that in California you'll get a visit from the LAPD. And you cant hit them in public like in a supermarket you might get an citizens arrest. You are responsible for your kids until they reach age 21. After they turn 21 you can throw them out.
