well congress is its own problem though leadrtship is lacking therenut matters at his level are another matter.

How about Reid bringing Republican bills to the floor to vote on? Maybe then there would be more compromise, or is Reid and Obama afraid that Senate Dems would vote in favor of Republican bills?
