REAL reasons:

1. "I don't want to spend my old age as almost the only prominent black who didn't support obama."

2. "I'm hereby getting even with the republicans for making me look like a fool."

3. "Not supporting him would invalidate my whole "career" - I got everywhere by "affirmative action", and so did he."
