I meant to vote for "No more "withdrawal plans." We stay until Iraq is stable and can take care of itself." so just clearing that up.
It's impossible to set any timetables for leaving Iraq, but we can move in a general direction of withdrawal. The only problem I have with straight up withdrawal is leaving Iraq vulnerable to Iran as has been mentioned. I do like the partition plan as long as there's still a weak central government to deal with foreign affairs and sharing of oil wealth (i.e. a soft partition), because oil is the main issue.
