Obama arrives in Afghanistan

The media is tagging along on Obama's trip because they perceive him to be the next POTUS, smart move on their part.

The problem is that he is not the President, nor is it up to the media to decide who the next President will be.

I noticed that almost all of the cable networks gave full coverage of the recent Obama speech in Jordan, playing the entire thing.

McCain on the other hand had his opening statements played at a town meeting and was cut away from. Many stations did not even play the entire opening. How can anyone make a real informed decision when half the equation is hardly shown?
