this topic was covered in huge detail 10-15 years ago, on this site, and it came out for the locals...chapter and verseIn 1850 who owned the land, Palestinians, Turks, Britain, Germany, or some other entity,?
Since you say the topic was discussed 15 years ago, is that is why you cannot answer the question now? Who can be proven were the certifiable owners of the land of Judea 150 years ago?this topic was covered in huge detail 10-15 years ago, on this site, and it came out for the locals...chapter and verse

That sounds pretty complete as answers go.The Ottoman Land Code inherited by the British prescribed that houses were mostly privately owned and called "mulk land" (land vested fully and completely to their owners), while land was viewed as miri (allotted by the state to a village or number of villages and which cannot be private property of individuals), and is only leased to the tenants of indefinite duration, in which the lease is represented by the obligation to pay land taxes and land registry fees.[24] When the miri interest is alienated, the ultimate ownership called raqaba is retained by the State.[24]
At the time of the British occupation the land tax was collected at the rate of 12.5% of the gross yield of the land. Crops were assessed on the threshing floor or in the field and the tithe was collected from the cultivators.[25] In 1925, additional legislation provided that taxation on crops and other produce not exceed 10%. In 1928, as a measure of reform, the Mandate Government of Palestine began to apply an Ordinance for the "Commutation of Tithes," this tax in effect being a fixed aggregate amount paid annually. It was related to the average amount of tithe (tax) that had been paid by the village during the four years immediately preceding the application of the Ordinance to it.[26]
In 1936 the Survey of Palestine stated that the State Lands measured 500 sq miles out of Palestine's total area of 10,500 sq miles; at that point 51% of State Domain was occupied by Arabs and 17% by Jews.[27]

The fact that Palestinians were deeded ownership of plots of land in Judea does not eliminate the fact that Jews also bought plots of land from Arabs during those time periods. None of that dissolves the arrangement by the British to divide the land into two segments, one for Palestinians and one for Jews. The Palestinians show themselves criminal aggressors for trying to steal land belonging to Israel.palestinians as detailed in the ottoman land records

The Ottoman control of the land of Judea was replaced by British control of the land long before the Palestinians objected to the 1948 two state British solution to the divided land dispute. That sounds pretty complete as answers go.
One of the main principles of the UN was to end colonialism. That was what Nazism, Italian Fascism and Japanese expansionism was all about: colonizing vulnerable parts of the world. The Ottoman Empire was divvied up so that the French got Syria and Lebanon, and the British got Iraq, Jordan and Palestine. The Ottoman control of the land of Judea was replaced by British control of the land long before the Palestinians objected to the 1948 two state British solution to the divided land dispute.
Palestinians have no right to Jewish properties. One of the main principles of the UN was to end colonialism. Iraq had oil. Palestine was a headache of the Brits and they were happy to turn it over to the UN. Years before, the British PM. Lord Balfour decided that the Jews somehow deserved a chunk of Palestine because, you know, the Bible. It would have made better logical sense to award them a chunk of Germany and Austria after WWII. So the Brits hung onto Iraq and Jordan as sort of protectorates, but withdrew speedily from Palisrael.
The Palestinians never agreed to ceding any territory to the Jews. They were disunited, as a large number of Palestinians were Christians in 1947, and there was no unity among them. The Arab countries that said they would defend the Palestinians were disorganized, incompetent and corrupt.
There were plenty of leftover weapons available, and the Brits and others did all they could to see that they ended up in Jewish hands.
There are hundreds of accurate books written about this, and silly Mark has read nary a one.
Jews have no rights to Palestinian properties. Why should a Jew from the US be able to go to Israel and settle on Palestinians land in the West Bank and have it subsidized by Jewish charities. That is what is happening.Palestinians have no right to Jewish properties.
How is it that you think Jews from America should not be allowed to move to Israel and build on Jewish land there?Jews have no rights to Palestinian properties. Perhaps Israel would have negotiated some sort of amicable land division with the Palestinians had not Hamas destroyed any hopes of Israel accepting the terrorists as neighbors habitually shooting rockets into Israel to kill innocent women and children.Jews have no rights to Palestinian properties. Arabs have not stopped murdering Jews since 1948.No one in the West Bank was shooting rockets into Israel.
Settler colonists from places like NYC are settling on land subsidized by Zionists in the US. They deprive the Palestinians of water resources, they chop down ancient olive groves, and settlers in places like Hebron regularly attack Palestinians living in the West Bank.
