Led by former Republican congressman Joe Scarborough, Steele was deservedly mocked throughout the conversation, as the hosts speculated over whether or not Rush Limbaugh had given Steele a "permission slip" to come on the air.

Warning..this is very funny...except maybe to Republicans, who are known to have very little in the way of a sense of humor anyway.

lol that was just great lol, ....it makes it that much better then Joe is a republican lol. I miss having Joe on at night where I could watch him .
