Yes in NY if you leave your home it could be token over by squatter , we even have illegals encouraging it.
Yes you come home and find strangers living in your home and you could go to jail for tying to get them out as they have legal rights in liberals Nyc.
In Florida they go to jail and have no rights to the property.
