Tourists don't usually go to NYC to see slums. Sadly, many large cities in the US are dividing neighborhoods, like other cities around the globe, into rich and poor (sometimes super rich and extremely poor) with little space between.

Don't worry. Soros and his leftist pals in world socialist organizations have a solution for the problem of income inequality. Americans will have to be forced to give up wealth and freedoms in order to redistribute money and privileges to the poorer nations of the world, and capitalism will have to be totally transformed into something more like Marxism.
