I am not 100% sure, but I used to work in a healthcare field with people that have been long time drug users, and there are clearly some signs of drug use. Although she doesn’t seem to be using meth of course, she has more than likely used something very hard, and I wouldn’t be suprised if it was not that long ago. Her speech patterns are irregular, her thoughts are not connected and concrete, she is vague, dismissive of those that she disagrees with, and doesn’t seem to be able to have a normal back and forth conversation. She has a hard time focusing at times, and seems to be in an alternate reality the majority of the time.

Even marijuana can cause long term effects of paranoia, so it is more than likely there are long term effects of whatever she has taken, but we can’t know for sure if she has taken anything recently.
