It is almost impossible to get any sort of visa to enter this country legally. The waiting list is many years long. If you are told that you had to wait until 2030 before you could even get a hearing about an immigrant visa, what would you do?

The only chance is to come seeking asylum. There is no possibility to enter "the right way" unless one is some sort of well-known celebrity.

There is no evidence that immigrants are rapists or terrorists. Nearly all of them enter only to seek a better life in the US.

The US economy depends on CONSTANT ECONOMIC GROWTH. and that requires MORE workers, not fewer.
