Democrats have raided Trump's offices and homes and confiscated millions of his documents, something they would never do and have never done in cases involving politicians of their own party. Teams of Trump-hating lawyers poured over every document they had to find some tidbit they felt they could twist into a criminal case against Trump. It is telling that it was the lawyers out to get him that filed charges against him for claims Trump made in banking transactions years earlier that banks did not report as being illegal.

Banks usually sue for reimbursement of funds lost due to fraud and I am unaware of any balks claiming they were defrauded by Trump. I have multiple reports on file of Dominion, Sequoia, and Smartmatic machine corruption. Here is one example of an early Soros-connected voting machine advertised with a built-in feature for committing fraud, for those crooked election officials in the market for something like that:
