You must think if a person is found guilty then there is no possibility he was innocent. Not very many people believe that no innocent person is ever falsely charged and convicted of a crime they did not commit. There were two black youths in our area who were convicted of a capital crime they did not commit, and they spent more than 30 years in prison before being irrefutably proven innocent. They were awarded by the state $75 million in damages.

More than 50 years ago the FBI framed 4 men for a murder committed by an FBI informant yet the FBI sent those men to death row knowing beyond any possibility of doubt that they had not done the crime. Two men died in prison and two men fought officials like Robert Mueller for years to have their case reexamined, to no avail. Congress got involved in 2002 and investigated the case even though Robert Mueller refused to turn over records, and Congress found the men innocent and released them in spite of crooked officials like Robert Mueller. The men and their survivors were awarded more than $100 million in damages.

Don't tell me government officials cannot be as crooked as vipers.

If that one man's testimony is to be accepted as disproving the facts of the investigative report, then that one man must present irrefutable proof the security logs were not erased and physically produce the formerly missing logs in person for all to examine.
