That is certainly the view of black racists brainwashed by democrats to believe that all white people are racist and evil except those who are working with the democrat party to funnel more free money into the pockets of blacks and especially into the pockets of handlers who are middlemen in the transfer of federal monies into the hands of begging blacks.

Critical Race Theory was entirely accurate for most of the history of this nation. Blacks were denied VA loans, they were prevented by covenants from buying homes in most neighborhoods, andc they were denied the vote until LBJ passed the Civil Right Act.
