No, they do not have to prove their corruptible machines can be programmed to flip votes from one candidate to another or programmed to commit massive vote count fraud, but as long as Dominion refuses to cooperate with law enforcement investigators seeking to disprove evidence of fraud the evidence of fraud will forever cast doubt on the legitimacy of the election results.

If you educate yourself about the Dominion/Fox case you will discover that Dominion never disproved any of the many claims of Dominion machine voting corruption.
