The Democratic Presidential Candidate finally admitted that he is the father.
I knew he was all along, so add 1% to my accuracy rating (102%).

He treated the mother like dirt.

But will he run for president in 2012?

I hear Hillary is exploring the option,
so I don't think he has a chance of winning.

John Edwards was not nominated, will almost certainly not be nominated in '12, and won't win if he is.

Unless, of course, the Republicans really scrape the bottom of the barrel and nominate someone even worse.

So, forget about Edwards. He's not even a has been. He's a never was and never will be.

He has kicked growth and prosperity in private enterprise to the curb every chance he got.

Edwards was a contender in 2008 for much of the primaries. The MSM knew of his dalliances, but did not report it to keep him in the race, since his continued presence in the primaries would come at the expense of Hillary Clinton, not Obama.

Meanwhile, the National Enquirer has also that Rielle testified against Edwards before a federal grand jury that's probing whether he broke campaign finance laws by secretly funneling money to her - and her testimony could send the former North Carolina senator to jail.

That being said, he would have been better as president than Obama.

Edwards is more honest, less socialistic and has some legitimate experience.

I tend to agree, but then look at Bill Clinton.

Edwards would be an improvement over Obama and I'd vote for
him if the choice were only Obama vs Edwards and I had to vote

John Edwards is one of the biggest slimeballs in politics, more so than Clinton or Obama & he should get whatever punishment is coming to him. He's probably had more women behind his wife Elizabeth's back than he can count for over 30 years. Edwards was a crooked lawyer, he was a crooked politician, he never did anything for the ppl of NC & he thought his looks alone, along with his empty rhetoric, would get him to the White House. I knew he was the father the first time I heard the story & he acts like more of a rock star than any famous rock star I know.

What's so very sad/pathetic/telling, is the way that some would promote him as their candidate when the only {ONLY} reason that John even came out publicly and announced being the 'real sperm donor' was the book that his former personal aide was releasing that 'told all'...all of the seedy details about John's financial arrangement to have the aide tell AMERICA that he was the DADDY.
Ya, that would make for some good fodder for the campaign trail and if you looking for someone with 'NO MORAL CODE' then be sure to line up behind that scum bag. GOOD GRIEF
