John Conyers can't understand health care bill... Yikes!

Lawdy, I hate to admit that I'm from MI. Thankfully, I don't have to take any blame for voting for this man, or for not campaigning hard enough stop him from being elected... I've got my own D in my district to worry about...

On the other hand, KUDOS Rep Conyers! At least you admitted it, instead of bald-faced lying like most in Congress do when after voting for one of these burgeoning spider webs saying they'd read it.

Yeah, right.

During his speech at a National Press Club luncheon, House Judiciary Chairman John Conyers (D-Mich.), questioned the point of lawmakers reading the health care bill.

“I love these members, they get up and say, ‘Read the bill,’” said Conyers.

“What good is reading the bill if it’s a thousand pages and you don’t have two days and two lawyers to find out what it means after you read the bill?”
