It is a lie that the US paid more into NATO than all the other member countries.
In any case, the US is larger in size and population that any of the other NATO countries.
NATO is not "all the world".

Putin had Russian mercenaries in the Donbas region for the entire term that Trump was in office.
He did not invade because he did not have the money to upgrade his military. It is sure as Hell not because he was scared of Trump.
