Notes over $poiler $tate

Mexico's transition to democracy led to the disappearance of the "revolutionary family" and the emergence of corporations, that integrates all political parties

(June 15, 2013). - The State is not either a government nor a federal public administration. This is the entity that encompasses different levels of government (municipal, state and federal) and consists of the bureaucracy and the political class. To which are added the companies owned by the government, the legislature, judiciary and “autonomous” bodies (IFE, Banco de Mexico, IFAI and soon Ifetel).

In Mexico's transition to democracy led to the disappearance of "the revolutionary family" [/ i] and the emergence of corporations (SA), that integrates all political parties. The end of the single party led to the alternation and the "socialization" of power. Everyone, young and old, share benefits.

Some people, naively defends small organizations, as a safeguard pluralism. But when we talk about pluralism, what do we mean?
New Party?

Alliance the deceased Elba Esther Gordillo’s political party?

Environmentalist? The supposedly enviromentalist green party, owned by Gonzalez Torres family business?

Or Labour Party Leader, who worships the North Korean leadership?

So if any of these organizations disappear, what would citizens lose: absolutely nothing. But, no doubt, all are part of the $poilers and receive state benefits.

The $poiler $tate monitors and punishes captive taxpayers. Few pay much. If someone falls behind in the monthly statement, may be subjected to an audit, but if a delinquent cause relapses, the IRS offers a small array (forgiveness bag this year was 160 billion pesos) to be without any debt with the IRS.

So under the $poiler $tate, we 've three tax payers' types:

a) THOSE WHO PAY ON TIME,

b) THOSE WHO ARE DELINQUENT BUT THEIR DEBTS ARE FORGIVEN (AS @TELEVISA)

c) THOSE WHO DO NOT PAY ANYTHING.

TO PARAPHRASE ORWELL: ALL ARE EQUAL BUT SOME ARE MORE SCOUNDRELS THAN OTHERS.

The State imprisons plundering defenseless and poor people, who commit crimes of hunger, whose amounts are less than 500 pesos (U.S. Cy. $39.34) (about 40 percent of those arrested in the State of Mexico and Mexico City respond to those conditions).

But the state is generous with exploitative political patronage of the Corporation. So frees those who commit crimes against citizens AND AGAINST THE SUPPOSEDLY ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES openly and clearly. The City Assembly, dominated by the PRD, amended the law to release and hold harmless those vandals who commit crimes on 1o. December 2012.

The State does not guarantee spoiler transparent and expeditious trial. Justice in Mexico is classist and runs through collusion and cronyism. Don Genaro Góngora, thick as thieves, friend of the "glimmer of hope", (@lopezobrador_ the worst of all leech that Mexicans have) )confirms this.

The State can not exploitative protect all citizens, but pursues when defending organized crime attacks. In Tomatlán Ruana and Buenavista, Michoacán, paramilitary leaders have names. Never shielded their face under a handkerchief.

The plundering state that condemns vigilante groups, underwent a guerrilla organization that declared war (against Mexico’s government ) on the Army in 1994. The Zapatistas were tolerated, honored and never unarmed.

The State spoiler is unable to contain the massive traffic of high-powered weapons, organized crime uses, but prohibits ordinary citizens wield suitable caliber weapons for self-defense.

The state is inefficient and deaf $poiler. The demand for data security and justice has been asked since 1994. But after these 20 years, violence has reached unimaginable brutal and judicial system remains deplorable.

The State maintains exploitative social security system expensive and inefficient. Workers retirees at age 50, hospitals without any drugs, and bad, or no medical care.

The State spoiler comes as the embodiment of the people and the nation. Pemex resources are said to belong to all Mexicans. But the reality is that you use discretion. Nobody knew and nobody knows where they go these carloads of money.

The plundering state is expressed in the abuses and excesses of governors and mayors. They come in all colors and flavors, as it should be in a corporation.

The State claims the rectory ofthe state, but rectory to do what ? There is the counter movement of 2007. Citizens were forbidden to advertise during elections, lest they hurt the honor of politicians and promote the null vote.

The State expoliador demand more resources, but there is no clarity or transparency in how they are used. The dance of the millions is amazing. Billions for parties, trade unions, education system and other health inefficient nonexistent. Amen of debt forgiveness to other counties and states tens of billions of dollars.

The State expoliador upregulates different “laudable” pretexts activities , but the end is real cash and extortion of citizens. The list is long: bars closed because they have a letter Braille or construction unions-nonexistent-they extort from the builders.

The state defines spoiler games and public interest entities gives them tremendous resources when there are nothing but individual bureaucratic organizations seeking power and economic benefits.

The spoiler State is a reality. Karl Popper said, many years ago, the heart of the matter: the political class tends to be below average intellectual and moral society.[/COLOR]

Selling your soul to the Devil

(June 23, 2013). - Washington, DC. We were about to record a television special program on immigration reform and we couldn’t start, because Senator Chuck Schumer of New York wouldn’t get off the phone. But none of the other three senators who accompanied him, Bob Menendez, Dick Durbin and Michael Bennet dared to interrupt him . Neither did I. Schumer was talking on the phone the number of senators who would support a new amendment to "militarize" the U.S. border with Mexico and the matter was too important to ask to hang. When he finally did, we learn negotiation had happened behind closed doors.

In exchange for getting enough Republican votes to legalize most of the 11 million illegal immigrants, Democrats would have to sell their soul to the devil, as we say in #Mexico. The agreement includes increasing the number of Border Patrol agents from 21000 to 41000, finish building 700 miles of fence between the two countries, implement nationwide employment verification program known as E-verify and use the latest technology (such as drones or unmanned aircraft) to monitor the border.

The Word "militarization" is not accurate because it isn’t sending U. S. soldiers to patrol the border with Mexico. Of course that it does include some harsh tactics used only enemy nations. In fact, several private contractors who worked for the U.S. military in Iraq and Afghanistan are now looking for new contracts on the border with Mexico. There is money and there are moving.

This is undoubtedly the most dramatic series of measures taken in History, to physically separate the two countries. It is therefore surprising both the absolute silence of the Mexican president Enrique Peña Nieto in this debate. The passivity and neglect of his government is incomprehensible, it is as if this had nothing to do with him, as if this weren’t seriously affect millions of Mexicans.

This is not done between neighbors. #Mexico is not being treated as a major U.S. trading partners. With this agreement, it would seem that the two nations are fighting. It's terrible to go back to the time of the building walls.

Peña Nieto's government lacks imagination to propose immigration agreements such as the European Union or, at least, the audacity and temerity to Vicente Fox to order a new immigration treaty to the United States. What Mexico needs is more visas for its workers in the north, no more U.S. agents detaining poorer Mexicans in deserts and mountains.

Vender el alma al diablo

Jorge Ramos Ávalos

(23 junio 2013).- Washington, DC.

(June 25, 2013). - Correspondent

WASHINGTON. - The U.S. Senate yesterday endorsed an amendment proposing radically sealing the border with Mexico.

This also paves the way for passage of comprehensive immigration reform.

With 67 votes in favor and 27 against, lawmakers were inclined to a plan that plans to invest 46 billion dollars to, among other things, increase the Border Patrol drom 18000 to 38000.

Also proposes to install expensive night sensors, complete thousand 125 kilometers of border fence and deploying 18 new unmanned aircraft.

The idea of impenetrable border with Mexico has been imposed by conservative factions of the Republican Party in exchange for their support to push through comprehensive immigration reform, which would regularize some 11 million illegal immigrants, mostly of Mexican origin.

The influential National Council of La Raza amendment decided to back up at the last minute after qualifying it as a necessary evil.

"This agreement is not exactly the kind of legislation that we would like, but lets move on reform," he said in a statement the organization, dedicated to defending the rights of Hispanics.

Amuralla EU frontera
