In the early days (60's and before), a band would be in the background to accompany the singer. Now, the band plays at top volume and the singer screams the words instead of sing in order to be heard.

Country and the words: "good music" is an oxymoron since the days of Marty Robbins and Charlie Pride.

Yes the movie SOMEWHERE IN TIME (1980) is excellent also.... It shows the idea your mind can make stuff happen...Truly fascinating!!

Yes if you met yourself and TOUCHED,bad stuff might occur but in the movie BACK THE THE FUTURE II didnt biff and older biff touch and nothing happenend so who knows...
 
Going back to the 80's, I'd still be working, raising my daughter, doing my boy scouting and disco dancing...give me the great 80's music and dancing...
