What Trump did was ruled ILLEGAL by the courts.

Covid and fear of Covid was what slowed down entry when Trump was in office.

Immigrants come because they seek jobs. During Covid, the jobs disappeared and they stopped coming.

Trump is personally responsible for the present problem and will continue to be until the new law is passed.
