But Rob, at some point you have to say ok you are to far off base for me.

When both parties are so far left what can you do? change who you are or get a new party ?

When Reagan left the D party for the R party, he said I did not leave my party, my party left me. But now the republican party is becoming watered down to a point that the old democrat party in the 60s was more conservative than the current republican party.

at some point a person has to say ok that is enough!

You can say enough all you want, and the only thing you accomplish by doing it is putting Obama in the White House. Even if I hated the path the Republicans were going down, I would vote for McCain.

If the Republicans controlled Congress, I could consider a third party, but in my mind there is to much at stake to think voting for Bob Barr on principle is anything but a stupid move.

I am starting to get excited about how horrible I can act, all in the name of patriotism.

My only fear is Obama's RECORD for squelching free speech - in the name of security....

We need to become patriots, we must trash our country and our up and coming possible president, It’s the American way.

It’s going to be strange when all these patriotic dems who dissent for the love of country all the sudden just fall into line, become unpatriotic, start hating our country and say America is working and America is loved and America has a great future and great leader.
