What ever happened to being able to confront your accuser and have the ability to question at length his allegations? Does the Bill Of Rights not apply in the Congress? Need we replace the Capital dome with a big shithouse and quarter-moon windows so we can all be reminded of the true value of the representatives of the people? Whistleblowers are protected, not anonymous. They are specifically protected SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO BE ANNONYMOUS. That's the whole idea!
"Sixth Amendment
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defense."
