The Bible has remained unrefuted for thousands of years while foolish alternative theories proposing an ignorant, accidental, and unexplainable origin of life on earth without God have the shelf lives of bananas.
Not only has science failed to disprove God created humans on earth it has also failed to disprove the scientific theory that humans inherited their brains from slugs or aliens.

People were mostly illiterate and the Church did not want it to be read by anyone but priests until after the Renaissance. And it was written in Latin and Greek, which were not understood by the vast majority of the people. Those who refuted passages in the Bile were tortured and killed for heresy. It was thought to be tre by the "scholars" of the Church, along with the beliefs that the Earth was flat, the center of all creation and the stars were ornamental, and prone to fall out of the sky.
When did science ever study that theory?
Again, when did ever try to prove or disprove any of that?
