Furthermore, Abraham fought 5 kings and won when he went to rescue Lot and four other kings. Abraham was one undisputed leader in the land of Canaan long before the Jews returned from Egypt hundreds of years later to reclaim their promised land.

Furthermore, the Jews did not rout the inhabitants of the land to reclaim their property, God did, and the Palestinians were not among those tribes or nations God destroyed in order to restore the land to the Jews.
