Do corporations control the US?

Corporations contorl the world: they influence polititians and the CEO's and other board members are virtually world leaders with more power than you can imagine but who were never elected to anything, they just rose up through capitalism.

In a way I would say the Church is like a corporation but a slight variation of it, but with A LOT of power. Anybody care to refute this statement?

Palerider does have a point. Corporations are owned by people, and to restrict their contributions would be restricting their right to free speech. I'm not saying that its good bad or ugly, but I would like to ask, what are you gonna do about it?

Every now and then there is something to be said for those types of tactics.

What do you think of corporate control in the United States?

The have a lot of influence in terms of PR and lobbying, but it has not become a bad thing in total.

Every corporation represents a group of shareholders and so the people are being represented.
