Bring back road checks and stop and frisk

[the annoying thing]

I remember road side checks where the police would check random drivers for license registration DUI and other things.
They took a lot of drunks off the road and some druggies and guns also .

I would love to see then be common place again .

They had a squad in nyc that did stoop and frisk it cut dow on drug sales and people carrying illegal guns among other crimes.
