Back door Harris even worse then Biden in the polls

Democrats have no idea how many dead voters added to Biden's win in 2020 because Democrats refuse to look into such facts and fight like hell to prevent anyone else from looking into the facts.
Not being able to find a court ruling that said no such fraud occurred, let's see what Democrats had to say about the evidence of dead people voting (we know biased news sources are not as authoritative as a court judgment but since we can find no court judgment let's look at the opinionated but unauthoritative news sources):

Fact check: False claim that 14,000 dead people voted in Michigan (usatoday.com)

Fact check: No evidence that 14,000 dead people cast ballots in Wayne County, Michigan

The claim: 14,000 dead people voted in Wayne County, Michigan

Attempting to discredit election results in a battleground state, a number of social media posts shared this week make the claim that thousands of voters in Michigan had cast a ballot under the names of deceased people.

"Here is a list of 14+ thousand dead people who voted in Wayne County (Detroit)," reads a Facebook post from The Liberalists that directs to an invalid link. The page asks users to "verify it" by doing a search of the names on the Michigan Voter Information Center.

In a message to USA TODAY, The Liberalists said the link was to a database list of dead people you could put in yourself, but that the link was removed by Facebook. (In recent witness testimony before Congress Facebook was found to have caved to pressure from the bent FBI and other corrupted agencies to remove links in 2020 that contradicted Democrat narratives.)

Fact or fiction, we'll tell you: We're fact checking the news and sending it to your inbox. Sign up to get that here.

The claim caused some speculation and controversy in the comment section. Some users wrote that the list contains registered voters, but it doesn't mean they actually voted. (The claim that there is no proof they voted is misleading. There is also no proof that they did not vote.)

Another user wrote, "every american should be checking their dead relatives." (The idea that Americans should investigate these claims of fraud is mocked by these fact checkers who should have agreed with the statement, proving leftists did not want voting fraud investigated.)

Many voters on list are old, but still alive. (Another unproven and immaterial claim, since no effort is made by the fact checkers to distinguish how many on the list were still alive and how the checkers arrived at their number, though likely very small compared to the large number of those votes in the names of the dead.)

The link that the user claimed to be evidence is no longer available. The site reads that it has been "expired, removed by its creator, or removed by one of the Pastebin staff." (Just because a link is taken down does not mean the facts posted on the link were not accurate and we do not know id leftists took the link down as they did so many other non-Democrat links they took down in a concerted effort by Democrats to censor Republican facts and evidence before and after the 2020m election.)

However, while the link was still live, PolitiFact found that the voters listed were over the age of 100 but several were not marked in Michigan's voter information center and not all were Wayne County residents.

One of the alleged dead voters listed, Imo Oliver, of Ypsilanti, is still alive, according to PolitiFact. She said she suffered from memory loss but that her son helped her to vote in the 2020 election. (One voter is shown to still be alive, leaving nearly 14,000 purported dead voters still not disproven.)

Fact check:False claim that deceased Michigan man voted in 2020 (Not evidence that around 14,000 dead people did not vote.)

Fact check: Lawsuit alleging errors in Detroit voter rolls was in 2019 and was settled (Not proof that nearly 14,000 dead people did not vote.)

The Michigan Secretary of State's office states on its fact-check page that ballots of voters who have died are rejected in Michigan, even if a voter cast an absentee ballot and then died prior to Election Day. (Unverified claim).

"On rare occasions, a ballot received for a living voter may be recorded in a way that makes it appear as if the voter is dead," the site reads. "This can be because of voters with similar names, where the ballot is accidentally recorded as voted by John Smith Sr when it was actually voted by John Smith Jr; or because of inaccurately recorded birth dates in the qualified voter file." (Another unverified claim. Don't tell us what was supposed to happen. Explain why so many dead people still voted in violation of the rules, or else offer proof they did not vote. Saying they were not supposed to have voted proves nothing.)

For example, a voter born in 1990 can be accidentally recorded as being born in 1890, but in this type of scenario, no one ineligible actually voted and there is "no impact on the outcome of the election," according to the site. (The case of one vaguely referenced voter hardly proves that thousands of dead people did not vote.)

This was the case in an example cited in a viral video on Twitter. Amanda Kirkpatrick, the clerk in Jackson County, Michigan, told The New York Times that a resident used in one of the videos was actually an eligible voter who had cast her ballot but had the incorrect date of the birth. (Another lone example hardly disproves the evidence of 14,000 dead people voting.)

Michigan’s Secretary of State office debunked as "misinformation" the claim that a 118-year-old man named William Bradley had cast an absentee ballot, USA TODAY reported. (Another single example that cannot be used to dismiss all 14,000 names of dead voters who voted.)

The claim: 14,000 dead people voted in Wayne County, Michigan
More:

Studies and experts say there is generally no evidence of ballots cast in the names of dead voters. (No evidence or proof of claim is offered.)

USA TODAY has previously fact-checked the claim that dead people are casting ballots and found no evidence to support this. (Biased reporters claiming they found no evidence of dead people voting is far from offering evidence and logic indicating that no large numbers of dead people voted.)

Lorraine Minnite, a political science professor at Rutgers University and author of "The Myth of Voter Fraud," previously told USA TODAY that because it takes election officials some time to sort things out, there could be a short period of time that a voter registration list contains names of people who have died. (Maybe there is an explanation for what appears to have been a large number of dead people voting? That is hardly proof that no large numbers of dead people voted.)

Minnite said referencing voter registration lists to support the claim that dead people can vote is misleading because the lists are regularly updated. (That is still not reasonable evidence that large numbers of dead people did not vote).

Studies also show that while dead voters may still receive ballots, the ballots may be marked as "deceased" to update voter lists and a voter's signature is required to match on the ballot in order for it to qualify. While these cases are possible, experts say they are rare. (More unproven speculation that falls well short of proof that no large numbers of dead people voted.)

The claim that 14,000 dead people in Wayne County, Michigan, voted in the 2020 election is FALSE, based on our research. The list has been investigated and it was found that some individuals on the list were either still alive, or not living in Michigan. Other examples cited were the result of date of birth errors. Ballots cast by dead people in Michigan are rejected and there is no evidence of fraud. (Claiming that some on the list may have been mistakenly listed as dead when they were still alive hardly proves that thousands on the list were still alive, so the argument fails to prove thousands of dead people did not vote.)

Our fact-check sources:

Our fact check work is supported in part by a grant from Facebook. (Radically leftist Democrat propagandist organization.)

Conclusion: Fact-checkers fail to disprove evidence of thousands of dead people voting in Michigan in 2020.

Yes hes down more then you think . Like I said its the state that counts *****

he's down by about 2 points according to real clear politics, and you haven't proven otherwise, as measured on a national basis.

Michigan’s Secretary of State Fights to Keep Dead on Voter Rolls

Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson speaks during a press conference at Callidac Place on Monday, Nov. 2, 2020 in Detroit, MI.Kent Nishimura / Los Angeles Times / Getty Images

A federal court has turned down Benson’s motion to throw out a lawsuit filed against her for refusing to remove almost 26,000 dead voters from Michigan voters rolls

Instead of simply settling the lawsuit and agreeing to finally remove the dead voters, Benson filed a motion to dismiss the case.

The good news is that because of this court ruling, Michigan might be one step closer to fixing this problem, whether Benson wants to or not.

Nevada 'fraud': 1,500 ‘dead’ voters, 42,248 voted ‘multiple times,’ RV camps as 'homes'

December 02, 2020 04:14 PM

The Trump campaign on Wednesday unveiled a tranche of information it plans to present to a Nevada state court Thursday that suggests there were thousands of fraudulent votes cast — possibly enough to overturn Joe Biden’s win there by 33,569 votes.

Officials said that among the evidence and expert testimony to be presented in Carson City are indications that over 1,500 ballots were cast by dead voters, that 42,248 people voted “multiple times,” data on a huge spike in incomplete voter registrations, and home addresses in temporary RV camps and casinos.

They also plan to present polling that 1% of Nevada voters shown to have voted never did and 2% of those shown to have voted by mail never got a ballot.

2 men charged in voter fraud involving 8,000 ballot applications for 'fictitious' or dead voters

Voter fraud scheme was an attempt to help one of the accused men win his bid for mayor, DA's office says

Two Los Angeles men have been charged with voter fraud after attempting to submit 8,000 ballot applications for nonexistent or deceased voters.

Hawthorne, California, mayoral candidate Carlos Antonio De Bourbon Montenegro, 53, and Marcos Raul Arevalo, 34, planned the effort in an attempt to help Montenegro win his bid for mayor, Los Angeles District attorney announced Tuesday.

The county is accusing Montenegro of submitting more than 8,000 fraudulent ballot applications on behalf of "fictitious, nonexistent or deceased" voters between July 1 and Oct. 15 of this year, according to a felony complaint.

This was the second big ballot integrity decision PILF won in the past month. In August, it won an initial victory in a suit to force Michigan to clear dead people from its voting rolls. PILF’s research found that 25,975 names of dead people remained listed as “eligible voters,” meaning if someone shows up to vote in those names, they might get away with it. And yes, in a study of 42 states in recent elections, PILF found that 7,890 votes were actually cast in the names of dead people in 2016 and 6,718 in 2018.

Nonetheless, Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, a Democrat, has fought against removing those names from the lists, even though PILF provided newspaper obituaries and even some photos of gravestones as proof .

US Election 2020: The 'dead voters' in Michigan who are still alive - BBC News 11-14-20
10,000 'dead absentee voters' in Michigan?
It purports to be of people who have died, but who have also voted in the presidential election in Michigan.

Claims such as this have been repeated many times on different social-media platforms, including by Republican legislators.

The list of 10,000 contains the name, zip code, and the date a ballot was received. It then lists a full date of birth and a full date of death. Some of the people supposedly died more than 50 years ago.

Michigan has a database that lets you enter someone's name, zip code, month of birth and year of birth and allows you to see if they voted by absentee ballot this year. So you can easily check whether people on the list voted.

Leftist-influenced polls must exaggerate Biden's lead if Democrats are planning to cast millions of fraudulent votes for Biden again in 2024.

If you can prove you are right, and I am wrong then just show evidence that Joycelyn Benson did not fight like hell to prevent courts from forcing her to remove the names of the dead from Michigan voter rolls as required by voting laws.

Your arguments do not disprove the evidence. Disagreeing with the evidence or dismissing the evidence without examining it may be a favorite Democrat tactic, but it does not disprove the evidence.

you seem to like the phrase "fight like hell" a lot.
how much do you get paid to post it?

prove the polls are "lefty influenced".
oh wait you wont liar. lol
Polls have been wildly wrong in the past and can be deceptive by asking questions designed to give answers the biased pollsters are wanting them to give. For example, answers to a poll question that asks, "Would you like to see Biden removed from the 2024 ballot for reasons of old age and deteriorating health could result in "No" answers the pollsters interpret to mean the respondents support Biden in the next election, which is not really an honest question or interpretation. Polls are taken with crafted questions and interpreted answers.

Pollsters are holding their breath. Their time-tested method of randomly dialing up people isn’t working as it used to. Voter turnout in the past two national elections was a blowout compared to years past. Donald Trump’s most enthusiastic supporters seem to be shunning calls to participate in polls.

But what’s really troubling pollsters going into this election is that it’s unclear how much more error these problems will add during this cycle. In fact, many think it’s unknowable.

Democrats coined the phrase and my repeated use of it is meant to be a mockery of Democrat use of the term.

yes, polls can be wrong, and they can be deceptive.

which doesn't prove your claim, as always, liar, that they are "lefty influenced" duh

Leftist bias in the media which includes poll takers and reporters dominates the airwaves over a much smaller percentage of right-leaning journalists, poll takers and reporters.
