We suspect Democrats are slow walking us so as to have the House vote first. If the Democrats were "duped" it was by their own leadership. Then again, they were willing dupes as usual, or perhaps they wanted just what they got.

Also, for years the fools on the left whined about Bush's "signing statements", and now you have a president who actually uses an Executive Order to buy votes for his own legacy.

Then too, BO, being the liar he is anyway, can repeal, or revise, his EO at anytime to satisfy the left wing that wants federal funding for abortions.

I know exactly how it works:

The policy holder pays premiums most of his/her life & then, if he/she ever makes a claim...the insurance company lawyers figure out a way to avoid paying it.
(pretty simple concept to understand)

If they could, Conservatives would get rid of Social Security and Medicare, and are trying as hard as they can to bankrupt both programs.
