America needs " Retroactive" term Limits!

As a result of the HORRIBLE Presidency of OBAMA , such a DISASTER in only TWELVE MONTHS , it is very plain that America needs a RETROACTIVE TERM LIMIT PROCESS, this would allow for a REVOTE by the Electorate when the future of our REPUBLIC is at stake!
IMPEACHMENT is not an option since the enemy of our Constitution holds our Congress hostage and would take to long.
The actual declaration process needs to be worked out BUT it is important we do so and quickly!!
A POSTIVE VOTE FOR THE PROCESS would send the President home!! And a NEW PRESIDENT and V.P. would be chosen by the voters in the same election .ALL APPOINTMENTS made by ex -president would be void also!
OUR Nation cannot survive much longer under our old rules. Our CORRUPT national news media , and sneaky politicial figures disguise the real candidate until it is too late, as we have seen!!!

My God man, you may be on to something.... Perhaps in the general election we could vote "none of the above" and get a whole new slate of candidates! Could've avoided GWB that way. And in case we get bamboozled, we need a Mulligan! A 1-year warranty!
