"A week after Obama's poll numbers spiked in battleground states and after McCain's campaign announced it was retreating from Michigan, Obama has opened up a nearly 100-point electoral-vote lead, according to NBC’s new map. Obama now has a 264-174 advantage over McCain, up from his 212-174 edge last week."
Whoops! Ya' got Bushed: That page has gone AWOL!A new Military poll taken. It looks like most of our troops would rather have McCain instead of Obama.
"The Center for Responsive Politics reports that Barack Obama is getting six times as much support from American military personnel serving overseas than John McCain. Interestingly, even Ron Paul, who was staunchly opposed to the Iraq war, has gotten 4 1/2 times the contributions from overseas soldiers than McCain has."
A new Military poll taken. It looks like most of our troops would rather have McCain instead of Obama. The blacks polled did not agree but other than that group every group picked McCain over Obama. Why is it that Military never want a lib in office? They did not like or support Carter or Clinton. They did not want Gore or Kerry. I understand why they hate Gore, he tried to not count thier vote in Florida. But in general Military dont like libs, why is that?

Some more news for you sad lonely McCain backers...today's Gallup poll gives Obama a 9% lead (51%-42%) tying his largest lead which he achieved in July and I believe it's the first time in this poll Obama has ever broken 50%.
Obama is up by 8% in Rasmussen BTW, races generally tighten as the election draws nearer so better days are ahead McCain backers.
