PRINEVILLE, Ore. (AP) — Another Oregon sheriff says he would refuse to enforce any new federal gun law he believes is unconstitutional.

Crook County Sheriff Jim Hensley said Tuesday he sent the same letter to Vice President Joe Biden that was sent Monday by Linn County Sheriff Tim Mueller.

The letter says politicians are attempting to exploit the deaths of innocent victims in the Connecticut school shooting by supporting laws that would harm law-abiding Americans.

Hensley told KTVZ (http://bit.ly/13DqKrT ) he believes in the Second Amendment, and he says officials should consider other factors that may have a role in mass shootings, such as violent video games.

Illegal immingration must stop. The only way to make the Mexicans go back to Mexico is take funding away. Look how harsh are Mexican immingration laws are over there. I think you get No food stamps,,No Welfare,, No health care. Make a law you must have an social security ID in order to work. If any employer hires someone without an social security ID he goes to federal prison for 20 years. If you are an illegal and get sick you better have social security ID to get treated if not the Hospital must turn you away. If they treat you anyway the person who took him or her in goes to federal prison for 20 years. This will make people obey the laws and dont serve illegals.

The majority of employers don't hire without a social security ID. Do you realize how easy it is to get fake ID in this country? There are some tail-gate businesses that hire undocumented workers, but they pay in cash, there is no earnings record and the undocumented (illegal) has no recourse.

Is that law unconstitutional? If it is then they should not obey it. From what I know about that law it is not unconstitutional, it’s just a copy of the already existing federal law. All that the Oregon sheriffs are saying is they will not follow an unconstitutional law.
